SYMPTOM
Derrick does not raise and/or lower properly.
MALFUNCTION
Vehicle not in RIG MODE.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify vehicle is in RIG MODE (Volume 1, WP 0017).
a.
If vehicle is not in RIG MODE, put vehicle in RIG MODE (Volume 1, WP 0017).
b.
If vehicle is in RIG MODE, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - No power at rear control
panel.
MALFUNCTION
No power at rear control panel.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify power is present at rear control panel (Volume 1, WP 0017).
a.
If power is present at rear control panel, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Hydraulic oil
level low.
b.
If power cannot be applied to rear control panel, notify maintenance.
MALFUNCTION
Hydraulic oil level low.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check hydraulic oil level (WP 0219).
a.
If low, fill to appropriate level with hydraulic oil (WP 0219).
b.
If hydraulic oil level is not low, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Hydraulic oil cold.
