LUBRICATOR ASSEMBLY DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY - WWDR
SYMPTOM
Lubricator assembly does not operate properly.
MALFUNCTION
WWDR air compressor not engaged.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
The lubricator assembly only runs when WWDR compressor is running, and is
used to lubricate the Down-Hole-Drill (DHD) during air drilling with a hammer.
Verify WWDR air compressor is engaged (Volume 1, WP 0031).
a.
If WWDR air compressor is not engaged, engage air compressor (Volume 1, WP 0031).
b.
If WWDR air compressor is engaged, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - DHD lubricator
switch in down position.
MALFUNCTION
DHD lubricator switch in down position.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check if DHD LUBRICATOR switch is in down (O) position. (Volume 1, WP 0031).
a.
If in down (O) position, place DHD LUBRICATOR switch to up (I) position. Verify if
lubricator assembly operates properly.
b.
If DHD LUBRICATOR switch is in up (I) position, proceed to next MALFUNCTION -
Lubricator requires adjustment.
