TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
HYDRAULIC FUNCTIONS DO NOT OPERATE - WWDR
SYMPTOM
No hydraulic functions.
MALFUNCTION
Only certain P.T.O.-driven hydraulic functions (winches) do not operate.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Engage P.T.O. and verify if front bumper winch operates (Volume 1, WP 0020).
a.
If front bumper winch does not operate, discontinue this troubleshooting procedure and
proceed to Front Bumper Winch Does Not Operate Properly (WP 0104).
b.
If front bumper winch operates, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Vehicle not properly set
in RIG MODE.
MALFUNCTION
Vehicle not properly set in RIG MODE.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Set vehicle to RIG MODE and verify if derrick raises and/or lowers (Volume 1, WP 0017).
a.
If front bumper winch operates, but derrick does not raise/lower, discontinue this
troubleshooting procedure and proceed to Derrick Does Not Raise/Lower (WP 0105).
b.
If front bumper winch does not operate, but derrick raises/lowers, discontinue this
troubleshooting procedure and proceed to Front Bumper Winch Does Not Operate
c.
If neither front bumper winch nor derrick operates (raises/lowers), proceed to next
MALFUNCTION - Hydraulic oil level low.
