SYMPTOM
Front bumper winch does not operate properly.
MALFUNCTION
Vehicle is not in P.T.O. mode.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify vehicle is in P.T.O. mode (Volume 1, WP 0020).
a.
If vehicle is not in P.T.O. mode, put vehicle in P.T.O. mode (Volume 1, WP 0020).
b.
If vehicle is in P.T.O. mode, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Front bumper winch failure.
MALFUNCTION
Front bumper winch failure.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
Verify front bumper winch is not overloaded.
2.
Verify front bumper winch does not have any oil leaks.
a.
If front bumper winch is overloaded, reduce load.
b.
If front bumper winch has oil leaks, notify maintenance.
c.
If front bumper winch is not overloaded and does not have oil leaks, notify maintenance.
