SYMPTOM
Air compressor does not engage.
MALFUNCTION
Vehicle not in RIG MODE.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify vehicle is in RIG MODE (Volume 1, WP 0017).
a.
If vehicle is not in RIG MODE, put vehicle in RIG MODE (Volume 1, WP 0017).
b.
If vehicle is in RIG MODE, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Transmission in wrong gear.
MALFUNCTION
Transmission in wrong gear.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify if transmission is in 9th gear (Volume 1, WP 0017).
a.
If vehicle is not in 9th gear, place transmission in 9th gear (Volume 1, WP 0017) and verify
if chassis air compressor operates properly.
b.
If transmission is in 9th gear, notify maintenance.
