SYMPTOM
Rod handler does not operate in automated mode.
MALFUNCTION
Rod not properly installed to drill rod handling arm.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify if rod is installed properly to drill rod handling arm (Volume 1, WP 0025).
a.
If rod is not installed properly to drill rod handling arm, proceed to next MALFUNCTION -
Rod lifting beam not working properly.
b.
If rod is installed properly to drill rod handling arm, and automated or manual operation of
rod handler is not achievable, notify maintenance.
