NORMAL/RIG MODE P.T.O. DOES NOT ENGAGE - WWDR
SYMPTOM
P.T.O engaged light does not illuminate when attempting to engage P.T.O.
MALFUNCTION
Rig transmission not set properly.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
Air pressure must be above 100 psi (689 kPa) before changing mode of
operation.
P.T.O MODE light should illuminate on dash when RIG MODE is
selected.
1.
Start engine (Volume 1, WP 0012).
2.
Set RIG MODE/ROAD MODE switch to RIG MODE position (Volume 1, WP 0017).
3.
Ensure transmission is in 9th gear (Volume 1, WP 0017).
a.
If P.T.O. engaged light illuminates, P.T.O. is engaged. Problem solved.
b.
If P.T.O. engaged light does not illuminate, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Air leak
present.
