MALFUNCTION
Hydraulic oil cooler toggle switch in downward position.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
During cold weather warm-ups, toggle switch on lower hydraulic oil cooler may
temporarily be placed in downward position to allow hydraulic oil to warm faster.
After warm-up, hydraulic oil cooler toggle switch should be placed in upward
position to avoid overheating hydraulic oil.
Verify if hydraulic oil cooler toggle switch is in downward position (Figure 1).

If in downward position, place hydraulic oil cooler toggle switch to upward position. Run
hydraulics and verify if hydraulic oil temperature returns to 180F (82C) or below.
b.
If hydraulic oil cooler toggle switch is in upward position, proceed to next MALFUNCTION
- Hydraulic oil cooler(s) excessively dirty and/or restricted.
