TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
WATER INJECTION PUMP (25 GPM) DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY - WWDR
SYMPTOM
Water pump not operating properly.
MALFUNCTION
WATER INJECTION switch in OFF position.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify WATER INJECTION switch in ON position and WATER INJ FLOW regulator is rotated
clockwise to proper position (Volume 1, WP 0021).
a.
If WATER INJECTION switch is in ON position, and WATER INJ FLOW regulator is
rotated clockwise to proper position, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Faulty hose
connections.
b.
If WATER INJECTION switch is not in ON position, position switch to ON position (Volume
1, WP 0021).
c.
If WATER INJ FLOW regulator is not rotated clockwise to proper position, rotate to proper
position for injection pressure (Volume 1, WP 0021).
MALFUNCTION
Faulty hose connections.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify all hose connections are tight (Volume 1, WP 0021).
a.
If one or more hose connections are not tight, properly connect hose(s) (Volume 1,
WP 0021).
b.
If all hose connections are tight, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Problem with setup
and/or water source.
