MALFUNCTION
Problem with setup and/or water source.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify setup and water source is free of the following:
Hoses kinks
Hose leaks and damage
Improper amount of water is available at water source
Water debris
a.
If one or more of the above problems exist, correct problem if capable and verify if water
pump operates properly (Volume 1, WP 0021). If problem cannot be corrected, notify
maintenance.
b.
If no problem with setup or water source is present, notify maintenance.
