Idle Lock Switch.
CAUTION
Do not use ether to start engine. Using ether will void warranty. Failure to comply may
result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Do not push GLOW PLUGS switch if temperature is 70F (21C) or higher. If temperature
is below 70F (21C), see COLD WEATHER STARTING PROCEDURES (WP 0063).
2.
Rotate engine control switch (Figure 1, Item 1) to START position and release when engine starts.
CAUTION
If engine does not start, allow engine to come to a complete stop before attempting restart.
Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
3.
Allow engine control switch (Figure 1, Item 1) to return to RUN position, or rotate to RUN/IDLE position.
