COLD WEATHER STARTING PROCEDURES - WELDER/GENERATOR
WARNING
The Water Well Drilling System presents numerous falling hazards. Use care when
working on top of equipment. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
Do not use aerosol types of starting aids, such as ether, for cold weather engine
starts. This can result in an explosion. Failure to comply may result in injury or
death to personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
CAUTION
Ensure equipment is disconnected from auxiliary power receptacles during startup and
shutdown. Some equipment can be adversely affected by changes in frequency as engine
rpm changes during startup and shutdown. Failure to comply may result in damage to
equipment.
