Check the inspection date of all lifting devices. Never use lifting device that has an expired
inspection date. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel. Seek medical
attention in the event of an injury.

Install two lifting straps (Figure 3, Item 2) to crane hook (Figure 3, Item 1) and grouter lifting rings
(Figure 3, Item 3).
