Fill fuel tank (Figure 1, Item 2), as required, with appropriate fuel for operating environment.
3.
Install fuel cap (Figure 1, Item 1) on fuel tank (Figure 1, Item 2).
4.
Use a cleaning cloth to remove any excess fuel that may have spilled on fuel tank (Figure 1, Item 2).
NOTE
Fuel tank sight gauges are provided on both sides of the welder/generator.
5.
Check fuel tank sight gauge (Figure 1, Item 4), or rotate engine control switch (Figure 1, Item 5) to RUN
position to see fuel gauge/maintenance display (Figure 1, Item 3) to make sure fuel tank (Figure 1, Item 2) is
full.
6.
Rotate engine control switch (Figure 1, Item 5) to OFF position.
7.
If fuel tank is not full, repeat Steps 1 through 5.
