NOTE
WWDR air compressor is a dual purpose air compressor. Its primary function is used
during down-hole hammer drilling operations with the drilling rig setup. It can also be used
as an auxiliary air source for air tools without setting up the drilling rig. This WP covers
both procedures.

WARNING
Always wear double hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and steel toe
shoes during operation of the Water Well Drilling System. Failure to comply may result in
injury or death to personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
NOTE
Do not start air compressor unless mud/air standpipe hose is connected to air
standpipe.
Do not start air compressor with air standpipe and blowdown valves open.
The steps that follow are used to start air compressor for drilling operations. For
non-drilling operations proceed to non-drilling operations in this WP.
