Engine compartment cover removed. (WP 0142)

Compound, Sealing, Pipe Thread, Loctite 567
Coolant drained. (WP 0075)
(WP 0224, Table 1, Item 23, 24, 25, 26)
REMOVAL
WARNING
Spilled coolant is slippery and can cause falls. To avoid injury, wipe up spilled coolant with a
clean cloth. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.

Disconnect wire (Figure 1, Item 2) from engine emergency temperature sending unit (Figure 1, Item 3).
