Yes - Repair or replace black wire from interconnect terminal strip, terminal 10 to governor controller harness

STEP 5
Does ENGINE OFF/BATTERY DRAIN indicator illuminate?
1.
If disconnected, connect batteries. (WP 0085)
2.
Rotate EMERGENCY STOP switch to on position. (TM 5-3825-270-10)
3.
Observe ENGINE OFF/BATTERY DRAIN indicator.
