Place black multimeter probe to know good ground.

Note multimeter reading.
CONDITION/INDICATION
Are 22 to 28 VDC measured at work light harness connector pin 1?
DECISION
No - Go to step 5. (Step 5 - Are less than 200 ohms measured across LIGHTS switch terminal 1 and terminal 2
with switch in ON position?)
Yes - Go to step 4. (Step 4 - Are less than 200 ohms measured at work light harness connector pin 2 to known
good ground?)
STEP 4
Are less than 200 ohms measured at work light harness connector pin 2 to known good ground?
1.
Push in EMERGENCY STOP switch to off position. (TM 5-3825-270-10)
2.
Disconnect batteries. (WP 0085)
3.
Set multimeter to measure continuity.
CAUTION
Ensure electrical power is off prior to working on all electrical connections. Failure to comply
may result in damage to equipment.
4.
Place red multimeter probe to work light harness connector pin 2.
