Ensure all water pump housing screws are installed and tight. (WP 0069)

CONDITION/INDICATION
Are all water pump housing screws installed and tight?
DECISION
No - Properly install and/or tighten all water pump housing screws. (WP 0128) Verify problem is solved. (Step
5 - Is there excessive water pump noise?)
Yes - Go to step 2. (Step 2 - Are water pump isolation mounts tight and free of damage?)
