Is engine idle 900 to 1100 rpm?

Start engine. (TM 5-3825-270-10)
NOTE
Engine speed may vary at normal engine idle and no load is present. Normal engine idle
should range from 900 to 1100 rpm with no load present.

Observe tachometer.
