DECISION
No - Go to step 6. (Step 6 - Is fuel pressurized at fuel supply hose on fuel/water separator?)
Yes - Replace engine injection pump. (WP 0117) Verify problem is solved. (Step 7 - Does engine run
normally?)
STEP 6
Is fuel pressurized at fuel supply hose on fuel/water separator?

Reconnect fuel supply hose to engine injection pump banjo-fitting.

WARNING
Fuel is very flammable and can explode easily. Keep fuel away from open fire and keep
fire extinguisher within easy reach when working with fuel. Do not work on fuel system
when engine is hot. Fuel can be ignited when engine is hot. When working with fuel, post
signs that read NO SMOKING WITHIN 50 FEET OF VEHICLE. Failure to comply may
result in injury or death to personnel.

Disconnect fuel supply hose from fuel/water separator.
