Yes - Remove air filter restrictions and clean air filter. After removal of restriction and cleaning of air filter, reset
air restriction indicator. Verify problem is solved. (Step 7 - Does engine run normally?)

Visually inspect air filter for cleanliness and serviceability.

No - Clean or replace air filter. (WP 0170) Verify problem is solved. (Step 7 - Does engine run normally?)
Yes - Go to step 3. (Step 3 - Are fuel lines free from restriction and leakage?)
