Green SYSTEM POWERED indicator not illuminated.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
If required, start engine (Volume 1, WP 0050).
2.
Verify MCS hydraulic control SYSTEM RUN/ENGINE START lever is in SYSTEM RUN position
(Figure 2).
