SYMPTOM
Crane does not operate and/or does not perform a particular function.
MALFUNCTION
Parking brake not engaged.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
Crane will not operate if parking brake is not engaged or fault exists with parking
brake electrical circuit.
Verify if parking brake is engaged (Volume 1, WP 0006).
a.
If parking brake is not engaged, engage parking brake (Volume 1, WP 0032) and verify if
crane operates (Volume 1, WP 0034). If crane operates, problem solved.
b.
If parking brake is engaged, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Emergency STOP button
depressed.
