Winch does not pay out and/or reel in.
MALFUNCTION
CLUTCH WINCH RELEASE switch not engaged.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
Start engine (Volume 1, WP 0012).
2.
Engage P.T.O. (Volume 1, WP 0033).
3.
Engage CLUTCH WINCH RELEASE switch (Volume 1, WP 0033).
