If winch does not operate, verify that other hydraulic functions operate such as
downriggers, crane, and/or water pump. Proceed to Hydraulic Functions Do Not Operate
troubleshooting procedure if hydraulic problem exist (WP 0132).

If only winch does not operate, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Winch overloaded.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify load being pulled by winch does not exceed 20,000 lb (9,072 kg).
a.
If load is greater than 20,000 lb (9,072 kg), winch is overloaded. Discontinue using front
bumper winch and seek other equipment to winch load.
b.
If load is less than 20,000 lb (9,072 kg), notify maintenance.
