Crane controller antenna damaged, loose, or disconnected.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
WARNING
The Water Well Drilling System presents numerous falling hazards. Use care
when working on top of equipment. Failure to comply may result in injury or death
to personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
Verify if crane controller antenna is damaged, loose, or disconnected (Volume 1, WP 0034).
a.
If crane controller antenna is damaged, notify maintenance.
b.
If crane controller antenna is loose or disconnected, securely connect antenna to crane
controller. Verify if crane operates using remote control (Volume 1, WP 0034).
c.
If crane controller antenna is not damaged, loose, or disconnected, proceed to next

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Attempt to operate crane using remote control with remote control within 10 feet of vehicle
(Volume 1, WP 0034).
