CORRECTIVE ACTION - Continued
MALFUNCTION
Hoses/strainers clogged and/or damaged.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1.
Visually inspect hoses and strainers for damage and debris.
2.
If debris is found, remove debris and verify if water pump noise persists.
3.
If hose is damaged, remove suction strainer and install on another serviceable hose. Verify if
water pump noise persists.
4.
If suction strainer is damaged, notify maintenance personnel.
5.
If hoses and strainers are not clogged or damaged, proceed to next Malfunction 4 - Water pump
requires lubrication.
MALFUNCTION
Water pump requires lubrication.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
Water pump requires periodic lubrication. Lubrication should be done every four
hours of continuous operation.
Lubricate water pump (WP 0199) and verify if noise persists.
a.
If water pump noise is no longer present, problem solved.
b.
If water pump noise persists, notify maintenance.
