Push FAST FEED control (Figure 1, Item 2) forward to raise tophead (Figure 1, Item 1) to top of mast.

Set and hold PIPE POSITIONING ARM CLAMP switch (Figure 2, Item 6) to up position and make sure
clamps (Figure 2, Item 4) are locked onto drill rod (Figure 2, Item 5).
