Push PARKING BRAKE valve (Figure 7, Item 4) down to release parking brake, if required.
CAUTION
Always use clutch brake when shifting into 1st gear or reverse (R). Failure to comply may
result in damage to equipment.
3.
Depress clutch pedal (Figure 7, Item 1) fully to disengage clutch and engage clutch brake.
CAUTION
Never slam or jerk shift lever when shifting transmission. Failure to comply may
result in damage to equipment.
Never shift Hi-Lo range control handle while in reverse. Failure to comply may
result in damage to equipment.
4.
Move gearshift lever (Figure 7, Item 5) into reverse gear.

Release clutch pedal (Figure 7, Item 1) until the clutch starts to engage then release brake pedal
(Figure 7, Item 2) at the same time.
6.
Depress accelerator pedal (Figure 7, Item 3), as required.
