PREPARATION FOR DRIVING
WARNING
Personnel must understand the operation of all controls and indicators before operating
vehicle. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel. Seek medical attention
in the event of an injury.
1.
With aid of assistant, adjust each side rear view mirror so back of vehicle and view of road can be seen

Adjust driver's seat (WP 0006), as required.
3.
Adjust driver's seat belt (WP 0006), as required.
CAUTION
To prevent starter damage, do not attempt to start engine for more than 30
seconds continuously. If engine does not start within 30 seconds, wait 1 to 2
minutes before starting again. Failure to comply may result in damage to
equipment.
Do not turn engine ignition switch to Start position while engine is running. Starter
will engage. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
4.
Start engine (WP 0012).
5.
Turn on lights (WP 0006), as required.
