This procedure applies to pumping assembly Model 609-C.
The procedure for
pumping assembly Model 609-A is similar.
3.6.3.1 Disassembly. Remove six nuts (Figure 3-4, 1), cover plate (2),
from studs (4).
Discard gasket (3).
3.6.3.2 Repair.

Inspect pump casing assembly (5) for corrosion, cracks, holes,

Install new gasket (3) and cover plate (2) on studs (4) and secure
with six nuts (1).
