Install crankshaft pulley (Figure 3, Item 1) on crankshaft (Figure 3, Item 3).

Pulley must be held when tightening screw.

Install screw (Figure 4, Item 2) on crankshaft pulley (Figure 4, Item 1). Tighten screw to 188-202 lb ft (255-274
Nm).
