Batteries disconnected. (WP 0085)

Alternator belt removed. (WP 0080)
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect connector (Figure 1, Item 4) from alternator (Figure 1, Item 3).

Disconnect connector (Figure 1, Item 2) from alternator (Figure 1, Item 3).
3.
Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 6), lockwasher (Figure 1, Item 1), and red wire (Figure 1, Item 5) from alternator
(Figure 1, Item 3). Discard lockwasher.
4.
Remove screw (Figure 2, Item 7) and washer (Figure 2, Item 8) from alternator (Figure 2, Item 3) and adjusting
bracket (Figure 2, Item 9).
