Check belt deflection by pressing down in the center of belt (Figure 9, Item 9) halfway between alternator pulley
(Figure 9, Item 12) and water pump pulley (Figure 9, Item 11) with a specified force of 22 lbf (98 Nm). Belt
travel should be between 10 and 12 mm.
