DECISION
No - Replace red wire between engine speed RESUME/IDLE switch and cab control box LIGHTS switch.
(WP 0099) Verify problem is solved. (Step 8 - Does cab control box engine speed RESUME/IDLE switch
operate?)
Yes - Go to step 4. (Step 4 - Are less than 200 ohms measured on black wire at cab control box engine speed
RESUME/IDLE switch to known good ground?)
STEP 4
Are less than 200 ohms measured on black wire at cab control box engine speed RESUME/IDLE switch to
known good ground?
1.
Push in EMERGENCY STOP switch to off position. (TM 5-3825-270-10)
2.
Disconnect batteries. (WP 0085)
3.
Set multimeter to measure continuity.

Connect red multimeter lead to black wire at cab control box engine speed RESUME/IDLE switch.

Note multimeter reading.
