Does air filter restriction indicator indicate restriction?
DECISION
No - Go to step 5. (Step 5 - Is air filter clean and serviceable?)
Yes - Check for and remove air restriction. Verify problem is solved. (Step 9 - Is engine crank time normal during
engine starts?)

Is air filter clean and serviceable?

Remove air filter. (WP 0170)
2.
Visually inspect air filter for cleanliness and serviceability.
