Release ENGINE START/ENGINE STOP switch.

Is fuel pressurized at fuel supply hose on fuel/water separator?
DECISION
No - Replace fuel pump. (WP 0173) Verify problem is solved. (Step 9 - Does engine start?)
Yes - Replace fuel/water separator filter. (WP 0177) Verify problem is solved. (Step 9 - Does engine start?)
