After
Hydraulic Oil
Level
Do not open or disconnect hydraulic hoses
or fittings while the hydraulic oil is hot or
under pressure. Hydraulic oil is flammable
and harmful to the skin and eyes. The
hydraulic tanks and metal parts can be hot.
Wear work gloves and eye protection when
handling hydraulic hoses, motors, and
hydraulic parts. If hydraulic oil contacts skin,
wash the affected area immediately. In case
of eye contact, flush with water for 15
minutes. Dispose of hydraulic oil in
accordance with standard operating
procedures. Failure to comply may result in
injury or death to personnel. Seek medical
attention in the event of an injury.
Check hydraulic oil level gauge (Figure 43, Item 1).
Add hydraulic oil as required (WP 0228).
