SYMPTOM
Compressor unit air filter requires cleaning and/or replacement too frequently.
MALFUNCTION
Dirty operating conditions.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify if compressor unit is operating where air is saturated with dirt, dust, sand, or other
airborne particles.
a.
If operating in saturated environment, frequent cleaning of the air filter is normal.
b.
If compressor unit is operating where air quality is normal, proceed to next Malfunction -
Improperly cleaned primary air filter.
