Rotate handrail (Figure 6, Item 1) to vertical position and slide handrail ends down into both square tubes
(Figure 6, Item 6 and Item 8).

Tighten both levers (Figure 6, Item 2 and Item 7) on handrail (Figure 6, Item 1)
11.
Loosen both levers (Figure 6, Item 3 and Item 4) on handrail closeout (Figure 6, Item 5).
12.
Rotate handrail closeout (Figure 6, Item 5) to horizontal position, tighten two levers
(Figure 6, Item 3 and Item 4) to secure handrail closeout in position.
