DOWNRIGGER SETUP
WARNING
Always stay clear of the downriggers during operation. Failure to comply may result in
injury or death to personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
NOTE
The use of wood dunnage under support pad of downrigger is recommended to
prevent shifting once supported.
Downrigger control levers must be held in position to operate and are spring
loaded to the Neutral position.
Downrigger controls should be operated in pairs. Both front controls and both rear
controls should be operated together.
1.
Pull FRONT LEFT DOWNRIGGER (Figure 14, Item 1) lever and FRONT RIGHT DOWNRIGGER
(Figure 14, Item 3) lever to DOWN position until downrigger has made contact with ground.

Pull REAR LEFT DOWNRIGGER (Figure 14, Item 2) lever and REAR RIGHT DOWNRIGGER
(Figure 14, Item 4) lever to DOWN position until downrigger has made contact with ground.
