Slide front handrail closeout (Figure 12, Item 8) down into square tube (Figure 12, Item 9).

Slide rear handrail closeout (Figure 12, Item 1) down into square tube (Figure 12, Item 10).

Tighten lever (Figure 12, Item 4) on rear handrail closeout (Figure 12, Item 1).
27.
Tighten lever (Figure 12, Item 5) on front handrail closeout (Figure 12, Item 8).
28.
Loosen both levers (Figure 12, Items 6 and 7) on front handrail closeout (Figure 12, Item 8).
29.
Rotate front handrail closeout (Figure 12, Item 8) to horizontal position and tighten two levers
(Figure 12, Items 6 and 7) to secure into position.
30.
Loosen both levers (Figure 12, Items 2 and 3) on rear handrail closeout (Figure 12, Item 1).

Rotate rear handrail closeout (Figure 12, Item 1) to horizontal position and tighten two levers
