3. To adjust the brake lines for individual wheels, loosen the brakes (handle in upright position) of the
side of the trailer being adjusted and proceed as follows:
a. Locate the spreader bars (figure 3, item 1) separating the main brake cable (figure 3, item 2) into
three individual wheel cables (figure 3, item 3).
b. Identify the individual cable (figure 3, item 3) requiring adjustment. Make adjustment as described
under 2 b through f, above.
