Set Grout Pump Auto switch (Figure 30, Item 6) up to ON position.

Open main grout discharge valve (Figure 30, Item 7).
WARNING
Make sure to use personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles) and follow local
guidelines for fluid spill protection. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
NOTE
Make sure both cylinders are pumping fluid. If only one cylinder is pumping, the pump must
be cleaned.
6.
Push GROUT PUMP flow divider lever (Figure 30, Item 1) up towards MAX. position to pump propylene
glycol out into suitable container.
7.
Pull GROUT PUMP flow divider lever (Figure 30, Item 1) down to OFF position after pumping out
approximately 5 gallons (19 L) of propylene glycol.
