FILLING RADIATOR
WARNING
The Water Well Drilling System presents numerous falling hazards. Use care when
working on top of equipment. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
Do not remove filler cap from a HOT engine radiator. Sudden release of hot engine
coolant and steam can cause serious burns and a loss of coolant. Make sure
engine is cool and engine cooling system is fully depressurized before removing
radiator filler cap. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
NOTE
Cooling system servicing is the same for WWSV and WWDR.
1.
Open WWDR catwalks, as required (Volume 1, WP 0017).
2.
Lower WWSV rear work platform and step (Volume 1, WP 0032).
