LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE AND LOW ENGINE OIL PRESSURE FAULT INDICATORS DO NOT FLASH - PAC
SYMPTOM
4 DIGIT MALFUNCTION CODE display illuminates, but LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE and LOW ENGINE OIL
PRESSURE fault indicators do not flash with battery disconnect switch in on position.
MALFUNCTION
J1939 CAN communications wiring or component failure, or 24 volt supply at engine not present.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
A faulty wire and/or component in J1939 CAN communication system or 24-volt
supply circuit will cause fault indicators to not illuminate (flash) as normal.
Notify maintenance.
