Position master power control switch to STOP position. See Figure 7.

If RESTRICTED AIR FILTER indicator illuminates, clean air filter (WP 0214) or remove
restriction. Verify if engine starts (Volume 1, WP 0059).
b.
If RESTRICTED AIR FILTER indicator does not illuminate, proceed to next
MALFUNCTION - Engine coolant level low.

Engine coolant level low.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
Engine controller is programmed not to start if engine coolant level is low.
Check engine coolant level (WP 0201).

If engine coolant level is low, fill to appropriate level (WP 0216).

If engine coolant level is correct, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Engine and/or
compressor fault code present.

Verify if engine fault codes are present (WP 0177).
