CORRECTIVE ACTION - Continued
a.
If desired output is achieved by increasing triplex pump speed, problem solved.
b.
If triplex pump speed cannot be increased and/or triplex pump is not working properly,
proceed to Triplex Pump Does Not Operate Properly - Mud Cleaning System (MCS)
(WP 0172) troubleshooting procedure.
c.
If triplex pump is working normally, but increasing speed does not solve output problem,
notify maintenance.
