ROD HANDLING ARM SUPPORT BRACKET REMOVAL
WARNING
Do not exceed the maximum allowable line pull limit for the 18 K main winch (jib).
The full drum line pull is 17,594 lb (7,981 kg). Failure to comply may result in injury
or death to personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
Never operate winch with less than five wraps of cable on winch drum. Failure to
comply may result in injury or death to personnel. Seek medical attention in the
event of an injury.
Always wear gloves when handling winch cables. Failure to comply may result in
injury or death to personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
Check the inspection date of all lifting devices. Never use lifting device that has an
expired inspection date. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.

With aid of an assistant, push PIPE CLAMP RELEASE/ENABLE button (Figure 1, Item 1) and hold CLAMP
switch (Figure 1, Item 7) in down position to release clamp (Figure 1, Item 4) from support bracket
(Figure 1, Item 5). Ensure clamp releases from support bracket.
